Hi all! I’m using the tabs element on some of my pages and have tried to implement this guide from Permaslug to add links to the tabs https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bkRy9eIx2Og .

Now the links are working fine when they are on a different page than the tab element in question. However I am trying to link to a different tab within the same page – and this does not seem to work. It only works if I set the link to open in a new tab/window, but not otherwise.
When clicking the link I can see the URL changing in the browser (adding the #link set up) but it doesn’t take me to the right tab unless I refresh the browser.

EXAMPLE: https://www.scubajunkiepenida.com/open-water-diver/

After the first text blurb (in the “information” tab) – there is a button saying “take me diving” which SHOULD link to the tab “Book Now”

Is this simply how the code is set up – ie links only work when refreshing the browser or opening in new tab/window – or am I missing something?
Appreciate any advice!

You’re going to need to “flip the tab” as well as jump to the hyperlink. Javascript should make it straightforward.
