Im building 2 sites where in both I have to create a taxonomy archive page. On first I find this query to show only those posts that has this category that we’re currently on archive page on sign.

So on archive page site.com/CPT/CATEGORY1
We will see only those posts that has “category1” taxonomy sign into it.

And this query works great on this site. How is it possible that when I want to use exactly the same logic on the 2nd site its show all the posts that has ANY category sign to it. I just want to scream now haha 😀

Use default query. This will automatically pull in posts for the correct category archive page

And in general, you can’t use PHP variables like your $term_id in Advanced Query.

Curious to know if you copied the working site to the other ?? And are you using custom post types??
