What is the best practice for deleting the php code in the code block?

What is the best practice for deleting the php code in the code block?

I delete it completely, and it returns later and suddenly there is “hello world” popping up on the site. Why does it return? I guess it is a bug.

I have a feeling it should be commented out, rather than deleting it completely.

If the codeblock has any html, css or javascript code and you delete the hello world in the php section then it will remain deleted, however a Oxygen codeblock does not seem to allow us to have an empty codeblock.

I’m usually delete the code and it remains deleted.
But I have seen Louis in the documentation video deleting the code and commented as html so i think this is the best approach

Make sure you didn’t accidentally add the code to a class. This obviously shouldn’t be allowed but can easily be done by mistake.

I just leave a comment, as to why I removed it.
